There was a misunderstanding with the vehicle at first. We did the 24/7 access so we could take the vehicle before they opened up. We went through the online process and it said we were good to take the vehicle. That night we get a call from someone at this place and they accused us of stealing, even though directly after picking up the vehicle our account was charged. Not very professional. I left them a review and they called the next day trying to explain what happened so I could fix my review. I was going to make a retraction but yesterday I noticed on our bank statement money had been added back into our account and all of a sudden the payment I saw a couple days back was gone. (Wishing now I would've taken pictures of this.) We called and they told us they haven't done anything on their side. This morning the money was taken out AGAIN and over-drafted our account leaving us next to nothing to make it through the week. On top of that the lady who works there or owns it told us that she would give us a discount and of course that never happened either.
