Excellent office. They do so much to make their patients comfortable from movie glasses to headphones. Would recommend them to anyone!
I love the office! They are all very nice and knowledgeable about treatment whether it be the girls in the back or the business team at the desk. They all do everything they can to help make the appointment be as easy as possible! They also have many options to choose from to help relax when in the dental chair from movie glasses to warm neck wraps. I would recommend them to anyone!
Lisa is rude and condescending, she is not as educated as she thinks she is and argues with patients. They also kept adding on services without my consent and charging me afterward. I had to threaten to call the Iowa Dental Board for them to admit it and rescind the charges. Dental techs were nice but its not worth dealing with Lisa or the extra charges.
